When choosing a laminator , each of the four items is affected by vacuum value, temperature uniformity, and whether there is a voltage transformation. However, the shape of the solar panel is affected by the total area of the heating plate of the laminator . When selecting a laminator , the first factor to consider is the total area of the laminator . It is necessary to choose a total area with strong compatibility, and also consider the method of opening the cover, the appearance, etc. Use one machine as much as possible. After the selection is completed, the manufacturer will carry out equipment adjustment under the specific guidance of the manufacturer and enter the normal production and manufacturing application.
Second, the laminator enters the working attitude
After the self-inspection is carried out, the laminator can enter the working attitude.
Third, the actual operation sequence:
Press the vacuum pump on button ------ check the main parameters of the processing technology ------ check whether the temperature reaches the preset value ------ check whether the working attitude is automatic or manual, and set the automatic state ------Check whether the mechanical pump is low in oil------Put it in the parts to be laminated------Close the cover------Check the vacuum value------Remove it Parts ------ check parts.
To ensure that the entire process is in a normal state, the laminator enters a normal working attitude.
Fourth, the laminator stops:
When the laminator is shut down, all switching power supplies need to be turned off. In order to ensure that there is no misoperation by non-actual operators, the emergency stop switch can be included in the standby category. The actual sequence of operations is as follows:
Vacuum pump off------close the cover (the cover cannot be closed tightly)------heating off------power off------press the emergency button------close the total Gate or: Press the emergency button ------ to turn off the gate switch.
Fifth, the operation method after the laminator has been parked for a period of time:
After the laminator has been parked for a period of time, it must be started in all normal order, and no solar panels can be placed. First, the machine is empty to operate two circulation systems, and the water vapor absorbed in the machine can be removed from the clean side before everything can be used normally.
