The traditional heating method of single-sided and double-sided hot press is steam heating and electric heater. Steam heating and heating are rapid, but weapons and equipment are required to work pressure heating furnace. The working pressure of the pipeline is high, and the steam is easy to be cold and become water. The surface temperature is uneven; the electric heater has the characteristics of rapid heating, high heating temperature, and easy operation, but it consumes a lot of electricity and costs a lot in work. In practical applications, there are defects such as defects in the heating wire that are not easy to replace.
Therefore, when the single-sided and double-sided hot- pressing machine is used in the home improvement industry, when the general lamination temperature is not high, the hot water circulation furnace can also achieve satisfactory practical results, and the fixed capital injection and work Costs are very low. The pressing plate of the single and double-sided hot press is generally produced and processed by a whole thick steel plate of the tube bundle through deep hole drilling, which can avoid oil seepage caused by poor sealing.
The bending rigidity and compressive strength of the pressing plate of the single and double-sided hot pressing machine are high, but the pressing plate is thicker; because the method of metal sheet is generally used, because the ground stress will be generated in electric welding and production and processing, the specified processing accuracy is high. The thin plate is convenient for heating and temperature control, but the requirements for parts processing are high, and the uneven thickness of steel parts will cause pin deformation, which will endanger the quality of subsequent production and processing.
When the single- and double-sided hot- pressing machine is used for production and processing, the flatness of the laminated board and the left and right surface layers should be ensured to have sufficient flatness. In the 0.15-027mm range, the pin roughness is 3.2μm. The temperature difference of each part in the entire width of the plywood should not exceed 2-3 °C to prevent the compressive strength and appearance quality of the product from being compromised.
Most of the connecting pipes of the single- and double-sided heat press plywood are dominated by plastic hoses, which makes the connection very convenient. Both metal bellows and Teflon hoses can be connected by flanges, and the fatigue resistance of Teflon hoses is better than that of metal bellows. The raw materials of sealing gaskets, such as polytetrafluoroethylene, wound high-purity graphite, etc., have a stronger sealing effect.
