1. Use glass cloth normally

A laminator is equipped with at least 4 non-stick cloths. After each application, there is no need to reuse it multiple times immediately, just put it aside and wait for the non-stick to cool down completely, and then completely remove the EVA on the non-stick cloth. If the EVA on the non-stick cloth cannot be completely eliminated, the EVA will stick to the laminated glass of the lithium battery module when it is reapplied. At this time, no matter what kind of EVA cleaning is used, EVA particles are left on the laminated glass. When the solar panel is used outdoors, the EVA particles will melt and stick to the laminated glass again. And suck the dust on the laminated glass. This dust cannot be removed. Sometimes the dust will block the cells and cause a long-term hot spot effect.

2. Reasonable use of the sealing materials of the outer frame

A sealant must be applied when retrofitting the outer frame of the solar panel. Some companies press EVA strips on the concave grooves of the outer frame to provide sealing. And the EVA was melted with a hair dryer. If EVA is used for the sealing of the outer frame, please be sure to put the solar panel after the modification of the outer frame into the curing oven for drying. Otherwise, when used outdoors, EVA will continue to melt and absorb a lot of dust under sunlight. In addition, the sealant must not be used with colored plate collagen fibers, otherwise this type of melanin will gradually diffuse to the inside and outside of the EVA in the solar panel, and the solar panel will fade after one year of application.

3. Normal use of vacuum pump

In the daily maintenance of the laminator , the most important maintenance stage is the maintenance of the ultrafiltration device. When the laminator is used for a period of time, the vacuum value of the laminator will decrease. When reduced to a certain level, the solar panel will appear bubbles. Therefore, it is required to check whether the mechanical pump is low in oil every day. Under the working attitude, check whether the oil volume of the mechanical pump reaches the oil benchmark line of the dialog box. The second is that after a period of use, the vacuum pump oil has just begun to become cloudy or black. It is required to change the oil of the mechanical pump, and to clean the mechanical pump to eliminate the colloidal solution-like dirt sucked into the mechanical pump.
